BASE - Gym Workouts

These are gym specific workouts for base building. Whether you’re just starting out, recovering from an injury or stuck in a progression rut, getting back to basics with these workouts will help you back on track.

A basic gym should have a bench press, squat rack, barbells and dumbbells of various weights. If the gym only has weight machines, you should probably find another gym. Weight machines have their place. But not if you want to build muscle effectively. Ideally you should workout 3 times a week but there are 1 & 2 day workouts if that is all the time you have. Better doing something than nothing at all.
