If you are fortunate enough to have access to a proper gym then you have all the tools needed for hypertrophy. A proper gym will have a squat rack, bench press, benches with several incline options and wide weight selection of dumbbells. The workouts below have been drafted with these equipment in mind. If your gym only has machines then either find a new gym, test out the home workouts or go bespoke.
